Season One

01. Pilot
The brothers Winchester, Dean and Sam, lose their mother when they are only kids. After her death, by supernatural cause, they are raised as almost warriors by their father, obsessed with his wife's death, to hunt down and kill supernatural forces.
In an attempt to escape all of this, youngest brother Sam heads off to college and doesn't see his father and older brother for two years. He's pulled right back in however, when Dean suddenly shows up on his doorstep, telling him their father is missing.
The brothers set out to find their father and pick up where he left off, and as the first obstacle in their way they encounter a vengeful spirit called The Woman in White.

02. Wendigo
Sam and Dean join a brother and sister in a hiking trip into the woods, determined to find their missing brother. While in the woods, Dean and Sam realize they're probably dealing with a vicious creature called a Wendigo.

03. Dead In The Water
Dean comes across an article about a mysterious drowning victim and the brothers find the case worth further investigating. Upon doing so, they find out there have been various more mysterious drownings in the past, in the lake in question. One of the victims was the father of a young boy, who hasn't spoken a word since his father's dead. Dean befriends with the boy and finds out this child may know more about the mysterious case than anybody realizes.

04. Phantom Traveler
Dean receives a phone call from an old acquaintance telling him about a mysterious plane crash. Dean and San find out all passengers of the flight were supposed to die; the remaining survivors are being hunt down and killed one by one by the same supernatural force that caused the crash.
Their investigation leads the brothers to a flight attendant who survived the crash, and is quite possibly going to die when taking her next flight -and take the rest of the plane and its passengers with her.

05. Bloody Mary
Sam and Dean investigate the death of a man who supposedly died of a stroke, and find out there's more to it than meets the eye. The brothers encounter the legend of Bloody Mary and have to make the decision if she really exists, or if some other supernatural force is at work.
Meanwhile, Dean is worried and irritated when Sam still suffers from nightmares about Jessica, but refuses to talk about it to his older brother.

06. Skin
Sam receives an e-mail from an old friend called Rebecca. She informs him that her brother Zach is charged for murder, but that he couldn't have done it because he was with her the evening it happened. All evidence shows however that Zach was indeed the one who committed the crime, making it almost seem he was in two places at the same time.
A theory good enough for the brothers to start further investigation. But after what they find out, things slowly get a little more complicated and confusing than expected.

07. Hook Man
Sam and Dean investigate a murder case, in which the sole and only eye-witness, a girl named Lori, claims her attacker was invisible. After some research the brothers figure they must be dealing with the legend of Hook Man. This legend gives form to the spirit that's haunting Lori and killing the people she loves.
When Dean and Sam find out which spirit they're dealing with, they take measures to vanquish it, but just when they think the mayhem is over it's only getting started.

08. Bugs
The brothers check out a newly built village in Oasis Planes, Oklahoma after coming across an article about the mysterious death of a gas employee. There, they find out something odd is going on, something killing people, and all of it seems to be related to... bugs.
After a little more investigation, they stumble upon a old Native American who provides them a with little more info on what might be going on. Of course, nothing pleasant.

09. Home
Sam admits to Dean he still has occasional nightmares, and that these sometimes seem to be prophetic. While Dean is still busy trying to cope with this new and slightly disturbing info, he is forced to cope with a whole lot more when Sam announces, after having another nightmare, they will have to return to their old home in Kansas, where a young woman and her two children are great danger because of something supernatural still roaming the re-built house.
In Kansas, the brothers visit a woman who is believed to be psychic and who helped out their father in the past. She helps them find out a little bit more about what's going on in their old house: something nasty, and big, but what makes it interesting is the felt presence of a second spirit that she can't quite define.

10. Asylum
The brothers receive new coordinates, which seem to point to the abandoned building of the Roosevelt Asylum in Rockford, Illinois. After some digging around, they find out that years ago, the patients in the asylum started a riot and the whole place was destroyed and burnt down. Ever since, there have been various reportings of mysterious deaths of people who visited the building.
Suspecting that the place is haunted with the ghosts of the patients, Dean and Sam check out the place and run into a young girl and her boyfriend, trapped in the asylum. In an attempt to help them get out and kill the spirits roaming the place, Sam finds out the spirits haunting them might have different intentions they originally assumed.

11. Scarecrow
After a phone conversation with their father, Dean and Sam set out to a small town in Indiana where each year, around the same time, a couple goes missing and is never heard of again. Dean decides to take his father's orders like he always does and investigate the case, but Sam thinks it is time to finally go and face their father and demand some answers. The brothers get into a fight and Sam leaves.
Dean finds out that all couples vanish at the same place: an orchard near the village in the question, where a creepy looking scarecrow seems to channel the spirit of a pagan god responsible for the killings. However, when Dean finds out a little too much and seems to get too close to the answer of the mystery, the hunter finds himself becoming the hunted.

12. Faith
When trying to kill a supernatural being, Dean gets electrocuted and permanently damages his heart. When Sam finds out Dean only has about a month left to live, he does whatever he can to find a way to save his brother. They end up at a Reverend, who is a faith healer who might just be the real deal.
When the brothers get in contact with Reverend Roy and witness what healing he is actually capable of, they find out Roy actually must be having a deal with a Grim Reaper, causing each healing to come with a terrible price.

13. Route 666
Dean and Sam set off to Mississippi when Dean receives a phone call from an old friend, Cassie, asking him for help. They're dealing with a series of mysterious murders, all involving black men, and all involving a mysterious black truck that leaves no marks and seems to have no driver.
Meanwhile, Sam sees a whole new side of his brother, when he finds out Cassie and Dean were actually dating and Dean is still struggling with his residual feelings for her.

14. Nightmare
Sam has another prophetic nightmare, this time about a man who is murdered but the murder is made to look like suicide. Sam's dream turns out to be true, but when the brothers start investigating the case and ask around, they can't find anything that suggests they're dealing with something supernatural.
Then, other members of the man's family start mysteriously dying. Sam and Dean do believe the case must be supernatural, and when they ask around some more they find out about the family's eerie history... and that all seems linked to son Max.

15. The Benders
When Sam mysteriously vanishes outside a bar, Dean calls in the help of the local Police Department and teams up with a female officer who soon finds out Dean has been lying about his identity, but decides to help him find his 'cousin' Sam anyway.
Meanwhile, locked in a cage, Sam realizes they aren't dealing with something supernatural at all, but that he is one of the many victims of a group of human's sick and twisted game instead.

16. Shadow
Sam and Dean investigate a mysterious death, and while doing so they run into Meg. Dean claims it's coincidence, but Sam has his doubts, and decides to keep a close eye on her. When following her to an abandoned warehouse, he finds out he was right and that Meg is into some serious dark magic.
The brothers set out to take her down, but it turns out Meg is already on to them... and the element of surprise is in her benefit.

17. Hell House
Richardson, Texas. A local paranormal website tells about a hell house, haunted by the spirit of a man called Mordecai, who is believed to have hung his six daughters and then himself. To the local youth all seems fun and exciting, until a girl actually gets killed.
Sam and Dean do a little reconnaissance and run into two geeks who call themselves 'professional ghost hunters'. The brothers find out Mordecai indeed exists - but he doesn't exactly seem to live up to his legend. They try hard to figure out what is going on inside that house - and in the meanwhile, try hard to come up with the latest prank to pull on each other, because Dean pulls a little prank on Sam and he declares war in return.

18. Something Wicked
New coordinates from John point to the town of Fitchburg, Wisconsin, where small children rapidly become ill one by one. The official diagnosis is pneumonia, but the state the children are in is much worse. They're all in coma and it's almost as if their bodies are wearing out.
The brothers investigate what's going on and figure out they're dealing with a creature called a Shtriga that's draining the children of their life force. While dealing with the case, Sam notices his older brother is a little too eager to hunt this thing down and Sam finds out Dean knows more than he thought.

19. Provenance
The brothers deal with a haunted painting, that kills off every one of its owners. But, as always, there seems to be a little more to the case than meets the eye.
Unexpectedly, Dean and Sam receive help from Sarah, the daughter of the auctioneer who sold the painting. Sam finds himself falling for Sarah but is reluctant to give in - and although Dean points out correctly it probably has something to do with Jessica, Sam admits she isn't the main reason he doesn't want to get involved.

20. Dead Man's Blood
Dean and Sam investigate a mysterious death of a man, in the believe he was murdered by something supernatural. While looking through his stuff, they find out he was a hunter of the supernatural himself.
Soon the boys find out this man knew their father, and out of the blue John shows up with the message that they're teaming up. They're dealing with dangerous supernatural creatures who were believed to be extinct: vampires. John wants nothing more than to barge into their lair and kill them off, but he seems a little reckless and Sam is determined to get answers.
John admits he doesn't just want to do his job, or seek revenge for his friend, but that there's more: the vampires have stolen an old gun that belonged to his murdered friend, a Colt, and this gun is believed to be able to kill anything.

21. Salvation
Now teamed up to hunt the demon John has been hunting his entire life, the demon that killed Mary and Jessica, John shows his boys what he knows about it. While trying to track it down and find out where it's going to hit next, Sam receives another vision and finds out which family will be the next victim.
Just when all three think they can finally kill the demon, Sam receives a phone call from a not-so-dead Meg, who announces that John better be headed to Lincoln and hand her the Colt if he wants her to stop killing off each and every one dear to him. Realizing he has no other option, John heads to Meg to give her a fake gun - only to buy his sons a couple more hours. Because they are left with the job to save the family and kill the demon for once and for all.

22. Devil's Trap
The brothers visit an old friend of the family to seek help concerning demonic possessions and ways to trap a demon. Then Meg suddenly shows up.
After finding out about their father's whereabouts, Sam and Dean go on a rescue mission and the family gets wrapped up in a fight with the demon they've been looking for their entire lives.
