Bit by bit Sam and Dean begin to realize the actual consequences of what happened at Devil's Gate: hundreds of demons have escaped and an apocalyptic war is awaiting them.

Bobby alerts the brothers of a job in Nebreska, and they soon learn it's about seven demons they released from Hell. They are none less than the manifestations of the Seven Deadly Sins. With help from a married hunter couple, the trio do their best to send them back to Hell one by one - and in the heat of battle, Sam is saved by an unexpected and mysterious woman.

Meanwhile, with the knowledge he has less than a year left to live, Dean tries to get some fun wherever he can, while Sam is obsessed to find a loophole in the crossroad demon's deal and save his brother. Sam doesn't understand why Dean won't let him, and is shocked when Dean tells him what happens when they try to find away around the deal.

02. The Kids Are Alright

Dean convinces Sam to come with him to Cicero, Indiana, the current hometown of Dean's old flame Lisa. When Dean meets up with her, he is shocked to find she has an eight year old son - who resembles him in any way possible...

While in town, the brothers find out there's a job for them. Mysterious accidents keep happening to parents around the neighbourhood, and Sam and Dean soon find out beings called Changelings are assuming the forms of children, feeding on the mothers, and killing anyone who gets in their way.

Meanwhile, Sam is contacted by Ruby, who has some interesting information to share.

[CWTV.COM SUMMARY] Sam and Dean answer a call on their dad's old cell phone, alerting them someone has broken into John's secret storage room in New York. They discover a cursed rabbit's foot has been stolen and call Bobby for help. He advises them to beware of the foot because anyone who touches it will receive an extreme amount of good luck, but once the foot is lost that person will die. Unfortunately, Sam has already handled the foot, which causes an overjoyed Dean to buy lottery tickets, but a female thief (Lauren Cohan) steals it from Sam causing his luck to plummet and putting his life in danger.
